Elderberry’s is a fast casual, woman-owned, local restaurant business, specializing in smoothies, wraps, and grain and mac ‘n’ cheese bowls. We are loud, fast, fun, colorful, and friendly. Elderberry’s Salem opened in 2020. 2021 was the company’s 20th birthday!
We strive for everything that we serve to be fresh and delicious! We use natural, antibiotic-free meats and all-natural fruit. Almost every recipe is customizable, and we have a number of add-ons that make a recipe just what the customer wants.
In addition to our restaurant menu, we have partnered with other small businesses to fill our mini market. Many of these businesses are family-run, woman-owned, small-batch, local companies and makers. A few are farther afield but have pledged to give back to various causes that we are glad to support. Every product in the mini market and the companies that make them we are happy to support and happy to be able to offer to you, our local customers.
